Questions, answered
Does it show live scores?
No — on purpose. GameSoon only reminds you before your teams play. For live scores there's Apple Sports or Sofascore. Doing one thing well beats doing ten badly.
Do I need an account?
No sign-up, no email, no password. Your teams sync across your devices through your own iCloud, privately.
Will reminders arrive if the app is closed?
Yes. They're sent from the server and arrive right on time even when the app is fully closed. Time-critical ones break through Do Not Disturb and Focus.
What if a match is rescheduled or cancelled?
The server tracks schedule changes and adjusts your reminders — you won't get a notification for a match that moved or was called off.
Which sports are covered?
Classic sports (football, basketball, hockey, tennis, MMA, boxing and more) and esports (CS, Dota 2, Valorant, LoL and more) — including lower leagues and tournaments, not just the top five.
